Meet Zoe ...
Zoe Carlo (they/them), M.S., BCaBA, earned their Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Florida State University (FSU) in May 2022. Throughout their graduate career, Zoe had the opportunity to serve as a Case Manager at FSU’s Early Childhood Autism Program (ECAP), in which they led and trained several Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT). Within the Master’s program, Zoe managed individual client cases, provided direct therapy, and provided mentorship and feedback to first-year graduate students. Prior to their experience at FSU, Zoe also had the opportunity to provide direct therapy at Cayer Behavioral Group, having been an RBT since 2018. Since obtaining their BCaBA certification, Zoe has worked as an Assistant Behavior Analyst for Flamboyan Behavioral Services where they assist lead BCBA’s in managing cases, training RBT’s, and developing behavior and skill acquisition programs.
Zoe prides themself in having developed a well-rounded approach to behavior analytic services and research. In their spare time, Zoe enjoys music, gaming, and spending time with friends and family.
