Individual Therapy
We provide individualized focused ABA therapy for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorders, Down Syndrome, and other diagnoses. Our area of specialty is replacing challenging behaviors such as aggression, self-injury, property destruction, tantrums, pica, among others with adaptive behaviors such as communication, play skills, and social skills. We also target feeding concerns, sleep concerns, and toileting.
Caregiver Training
Our team of experts can provide training for parents and caregivers of children with intellectual and developmental disabilities on understanding your child’s challenging behavior, functional communication training, sleep, toileting, among others based on caregiver interest.

Agencies
Flamboyan Behavioral Services is comprised of behavior providers with specialized expertise in the assessment and treatment of individuals who display challenging behavior across a wide range of severities, ages, diagnoses, and across multiple contexts (inpatient hospital units, outpatient hospital units, outpatient centers, homes, schools, community). We offer the following services by individual contract to agencies such as federal agencies, schools, private clinics, among others:
Behavioral Consultation
Client or student-specific consultation in the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior. Consultation can include: initial team case presentation, file review, review of current functional behavioral assessment and interventions if available, interview of stakeholders (e.g., teachers, parents, paraprofessionals), collaborative consultation with stakeholders on determining next steps in assessment and intervention, consultation on implementation of direct assessment of student (e.g., ABC observation, functional analysis), support in implementing, writing up, and evaluating functional behavioral assessment and function-based intervention.
Group Trainings & Workshops
Group staff workshops and behavior skills training on the assessment and treatment of challenging behavior.
ABA Supervision
Our supervisors provide individual and group supervision to provide remote supervision to future behavior analysts (BCBA®). Call us to join our supervision groups!

Continuing Education
