Meet Synthia ...
A Florida native with Cuban roots, Synthia earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Miami in 2012, followed by a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis and human services from Nova Southeastern University in 2015. She is currently completing her doctorate in analytics applied behavior analysis with a research focus in the area of Cultural Diversity in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Bilingual Parent Training, Verbal Behavior, Early Intervention Services, and staff training in ABA using evidence-based practices.
Her ABA experience includes being a Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from 2018 to present and having worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) since 2015. She currently works as a remote BCBA serving clients ages 2-17 in settings. clinical, domestic and community. His previous experience has focused on clinics, schools, and the community. Additionally, he is a Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in Texas and Oregon.
