Steven Rodriguez M.A., BCBA, LABA, LBA, earned his master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis from Westfield State University in May 2014. Through his graduate experience, Steven had opportunities to work in public schools, private schools dedicated to the treatment of autism, mental health centers and early intervention services. During the graduate program, Steven worked providing ABA therapy, parent training, and consulting in various settings. Since earning the BCBA, Steven has continued to work in consulting, providing parent training, developing resources, and continuing education in behavior analysis. Steven is proud to be able to focus on the development of behavioral analysis services.

Steven continues to develop his skills. She has practiced and used the Denver Model assessment to create goals and curriculum for early intervention programs, as well as continued development in the area of ​​language development through the use of VB-Mapp and assessment of skill development through of the ABLLS-R. Steven continues to research, study, and practice to continue the development of various tools and assessments to create well-designed interventions to achieve independence for individuals served by ABA therapy.

In his free time, Steven loves baking, reading, and spending time with family and friends. Steven’s goal is to create a bakery with an emphasis on providing employment, training, and resources for individuals diagnosed with ASD.
