Nanishka Rodriguez earned her RBT and Safety care certificate in 2021 while working as a BT at Applied Behaviors Institute in Worcester, MA. There, she provided individualized and group ABA therapy to individuals ages 3-21. With great joy, Nanishka implemented BIP and Treatment plans, helping her clients achieve their social, behavioral, and academic goals. She also worked as an in-home RBT for ABA Centers of America in various towns in Massachusetts, ensuring the acquisition of new skills and growth within the home and community environments.

From 2016-2018, she worked as a 1:1 ABA Instructor’s assistant at EastConn Bridges Community School K-12, emphasizing systematic teaching to promote learning and generalization and utilizing ongoing evidence-based assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring to guide instruction in all areas of development. She received PECS training and obtained her First Aid-CPR AED, child and infant CPR, and PMT there. She’s gained vast experience working with severe behaviors and high- and low-risk individuals through the years.

In 2023, she returned to her birthplace, Puerto Rico, and joined the Flamboyan Behavioral Services family. She has played a significant role in helping her clients obtain independence in their daily activities and academic growth. She enjoys watching movies and going to the beach with her family during her spare time. She is excited to work with the families and the community, providing her knowledge and dedicated service.
