Camille Latoni

Behavior Technician (RBT) & Scheduling Coordinator

Meet Camille ...

Camille Latoni graduated from Assumption University in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a focus on Communication and Science Disorders. With a strong passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with autism, she embarked on a fulfilling journey as an ABA Teacher at Crossroads School, a renowned non-profit organization in Marlborough, Massachusetts, dedicated to enhancing the lives of those with autism.

During her two years at Crossroads School, Camille effectively utilized Applied Behavior Analysis principles to provide exemplary instruction to her students. She played a crucial role in helping them achieve their goals, as outlined in Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and Treatment Plans. Camille also took on the responsibility of a case manager for several students, contributing her expertise to design, modify, and develop curriculum that facilitated the acquisition of new skills and fostered growth. Camille also worked as a Home Services Behavior Technician where she supported progress and development within the home environment.

In July 2022, Camille returned to her roots in Puerto Rico to pursue a master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology at Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. Balancing her academic pursuits with dedication, Camille currently holds the dual positions of Scheduling Coordinator and Behavior Technician at Flamboyan Behavioral Services.

At Flamboyan Behavioral Services, Camille’s expertise shines through as she actively engages with clients in the field, offering compassionate and effective support to individuals and their families. Beyond her direct work with clients, Camille plays a vital role in managing schedules, appointments, and logistics, ensuring that services run smoothly and efficiently for both clients and staff.

In her free time, Camille enjoys reading, playing beach tennis, spending time at the beach, and cherishing moments with her family and Friends.
